Reservation and cancellation policies

Hotel policies:

All our rates are per room per night, based on single or double occupancy.

Only suites with 2 queen size beds can accommodate up to 4 people, there is an additional cost per person per night.

Rates are in Mexican pesos and are plus taxes: 16% VAT and 4% Lodging Tax (ISH)

Accepted payment methods are: Cash, Visa bank cards, Master Card, American Express and bank transfers.

Our rates are subject to change without prior notice.

For your comfort, we do not accept children under 18 years of age in the hotel.

The hotel does not accept pets.

Applicable discounts are subject to stay restrictions.

We remind you of our reservation policies:

All reservations must be guaranteed or paid for.

The hotel charges 50% of the first night on the guarantee card 5 days before the arrival date.

It is possible to pay by transfer or payment link, we will send you the link and/or bank details by SMS.

We will not be able to confirm reservations without payment or guarantee.

For your safety, we cannot reserve and guarantee with cards for people who are not going to stay at the hotel, we appreciate your understanding.

Changes and cancellations:

For reservations made on our website or directly to the hotel, 5 days before the arrival date, free of charge.

Within 5 days before the arrival date, a penalty applies, there are no refunds.

Early departures are charged at 100%

Reservations through travel portals will be subject to the policies of each agency, the hotel will not be able to make modifications, please contact the agency of your choice directly.

No Show:

If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, 100% of the first night will be charged and the room will be released.

There are no refunds, no credit balances are applied for different dates or services.
